Height Restrictions at Islands of Adventure
To experience the exhilarating rides at Islands of Adventure, guests need to meet the following height requirements:
- At least 36 inches tall (92cm): Cat in the Hat, Flight of the Hippogriff
- Minimum of 54 inches tall (138cm): The Incredible Hulk Coaster, Jurassic Park River Adventure, Pteranodon Flyers (with height maximums too), The High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride, Jurassic World VelociCoaster, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey
- Minimum height of 42 inches (107cm): Jurassic Park River Adventure (children between 42-48 inches must ride with an adult)
- Minimum height of 51 inches (130cm): Jurassic World VelociCoaster
It's important to note that guests who do not meet the height requirement for a specific ride cannot ride. These restrictions are in place for safety reasons and to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.
Accompanied Rides
For rides with height restrictions, children who do not meet the minimum height requirement can ride accompanied by a supervising companion. The companion must be at least 14 years old and responsible for the child's safety throughout the ride.
